There are many benefits for young people when it comes to playing Rugby.

Physical Fitness and Health

Rugby is an excellent sport for promoting physical fitness and overall health. Through these training sessions, children will improve their strength, stamina, agility, and coordination. Regular participation in rugby helps in building a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle from a young age.

Teamwork and Social Skills

Rugby is a team sport that fosters camaraderie, teamwork, and strong social bonds. By working together with their peers during training sessions, children will learn valuable communication skills, cooperation, and how to support and encourage each other both on and off the field.

Personal Development

Rugby instils important values such as discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship. As children engage in the training sessions led by a former professional rugby player, they will develop confidence in their abilities, learn how to set and achieve goals, and overcome challenges, which are essential life skills for future success.
