The Kingsley School is a special place. We take pride in being a welcoming, caring and happy community that supports the high aspirations of the students we have the privilege of educating. Our academic foundations are strong: students make excellent progress, and our GCSE results place us as the highest-performing school in Leamington Spa. However, a Kingsley education recognises that there is more to education than only academic outcomes. We offer a wide range of opportunities for students to learn, grow and achieve in ways that are unique to The Kingsley School. We are proud of our academic achievements – our small class sizes throughout the school enable each child to progress at their own speed, with the support and challenge of exceptionally well qualified teachers. In the Prep School, students perform extremely well academically against national benchmarks, but gains in confidence, independence and resilience are equally highly valued. And in the Senior School and Sixth Form, our students achieve significantly and consistently above the national average. In 2025 at GCSE level, an outstanding 47% of grades were awarded at grade 9–7, more than double the national average and Sixth Form students celebrated an impressive 52.5% of grades at A*-B and equivalent across A levels and CTechs. There was a 100% pass rate across all Sixth Form subjects, with 70% of vocational grades at Distinction–Distinction* and every Sports CTech student achieving a Distinction*.
As well as academic success, our students achieve in and explore a wide range of areas as part of their Kingsley education. We want our students to experience the excitement of discovering that they can achieve more than they thought possible; we encourage them to embrace new opportunities and challenge and support them in developing resilience and determination. Our aim is to help every student develop the confidence, character and curiosity to flourish, and we celebrate the many different ways in which they do so.
We are committed to supporting learning and growth in all its forms, whether academic, social or emotional. Our ever-developing programme of learning beyond the classroom means that whether your child enjoys sport, music, drama, or if they’re thoughtful, competitive, curious or creative, there is something to engage and inspire them. Our membership of the Round Square group of schools allows our students to be part of a global community, share ideas and experiences and develop a unique understanding of our role in the world and how to make a positive impact on the world of the future.
