Hello, I’m Leza, Nursery Manager at Kingsley Explorers.
I have worked in Early Years for over 20 years and hold a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about providing high-quality childcare where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to learn.
I believe that the best early years experiences are built on nurturing relationships, inclusive practice and strong partnerships with families. Every child is unique, and I am committed to creating an environment where children can develop confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning while parents feel supported and involved in their child’s journey.

Being part of Kingsley Explorers is an incredibly exciting opportunity, and I feel privileged to be leading our wonderful nursery as we prepare to open our doors for the very first time this September. I can’t wait to welcome our children and families and begin creating a happy, caring and inspiring community together.
Outside of work, I enjoy all things health and wellbeing. Whether it’s keeping active, focusing on fitness or challenging myself with an ice bath, I believe looking after our own wellbeing helps us bring our best selves to those around us every day!
I look forward to meeting you and welcoming your family to Kingsley Explorers.
Jade – Deputy Nursery Manager
I have over 10 years’ experience working in the early years sector. My passion for child development began during my time at Shipston High School, where I studied Child Care alongside my core studies before moving on to Leamington College to study Photography.
I started my Early Years career through a Level 2 apprenticeship at a local nursery, where I trained and worked for six years. Following a short break during the COVID pandemic, I completed my Level 3 qualification and returned to nursery life, progressing into senior room leader and third-in-charge roles.

I’m thrilled to be part part of a brand-new nursery and having the opportunity to help create something truly special from the very beginning. I am excited to build a warm, welcoming environment alongside such a passionate and friendly team, where children and families feel valued, supported and excited to learn. I love the idea of creating a nursery where children’s interests lead the way and every child feels confident to explore and discover.
