Sixth Form students at the Kingsley School are celebrating their academic success with an impressive 52.5% of grades at A*-B and equivalent across A levels and C-Techs.
There was a 100% pass rate across all subjects, with 70% of vocational grades at Distinction–Distinction* and every Sports C-Tech student achieving a Distinction*.
Headteacher, Dr Sarah Howling commented: “Congratulations to our 2025 cohort on their terrific examination results! Each student has worked hard, shown resilience and approached their learning with curiosity, determination and humour. Now they set off on journeys as unique as they are, from archaeology to architecture and fashion to criminology – we couldn’t be more proud! We wish them every success and happiness as they embrace their exciting futures ahead.”
Director of Sixth Form, Rachael Bubb commented: “It has been a real privilege to watch the 2025 cohort grow both academically and personally during their time in Sixth Form and we are incredibly proud of all the fantastic results they have achieved. They leave us as well-rounded, independent students as they embark on their next steps; whether that be university courses, apprenticeships or travel. We send our very best to them for the future and look forward to hearing about their adventures and achievements.”
Looking beyond today’s results, 75% of this year’s university applicants have secured places at their first-choice higher education destinations such as the University of the Arts London, Leicester University, Newcastle University and the University of Warwick.
Warwick Schools Foundation Principal, Mr Richard Nicholson commented: “At each of our schools across the Foundation, our aim is to provide a first-class education that enables our pupils to maximise their potential and succeed in whatever avenue they choose once they leave us.
I am therefore delighted to see that our Upper Sixth pupils have once again excelled this year, achieving an outstanding set of results. These achievements enable our pupils to take up wonderful opportunities, for the vast majority at Russell Group universities and other notable institutions including music conservatoires, competitive degree apprenticeships, and more.
We wish all of our Upper Sixth leavers the very best in the next stage of their lives and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will undoubtedly make on the world around them.”
