The Kingsley School is delighted to announce the appointment of Mrs Julie Johnson as the new Head of Prep from 1 September, 2026.
Mrs Johnson joins Kingsley from Warwick Preparatory School, where she currently serves as Director of Studies. An experienced and highly regarded educational leader, she brings a wealth of expertise in academic leadership and primary education.
Throughout her career, Mrs Johnson has held a number of senior leadership positions, including Deputy Head at a leading independent school in Australia and Head of a primary school in Warwickshire. She is passionate about creating an environment where children can thrive academically while feeling supported, valued and inspired throughout their educational journey.
Mrs Johnson’s appointment reflects the Foundation’s commitment to providing an exceptional educational experience for every child. Her extensive leadership experience and dedication to high standards will help ensure continuity for pupils, staff and families, while further strengthening the close connections between Kingsley Prep and the wider Warwick Schools Foundation community.
