Our beautiful new nursery has been thoughtfully designed to create a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment where children can feel secure, develop confidence and enjoy learning through play. Every space has been carefully planned to support each stage of a child’s development, encouraging curiosity, creativity and independence in a calm, nurturing setting.
From cosy spaces for our youngest babies to stimulating environments that prepare children for school, each room is tailored to the needs, interests and abilities of the children who use it. Our carefully chosen resources and open-ended activities encourage children to explore, investigate and develop at their own pace, supported by our experienced Early Years team.
Beyond the classroom, children enjoy daily opportunities to learn outdoors. Whether they’re exploring our garden or discovering nature through Forest School, every day is filled with opportunities for adventure, active learning and new experiences.
Babies (0-12 Months)
Designed to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment, our Baby room supports our youngest explorers as they begin their learning journey. We understand that every baby develops at their own pace, so our team focuses on building strong relationships, responding to individual routines and supporting early communication, movement and sensory development through play and exploration.
Tweenies (12-24 Months)
As children begin to develop their independence, confidence and curiosity about the world around them, our Tweenie room provides the perfect environment for them to thrive. This stage is full of exciting milestones, from developing language and movement skills to exploring relationships with others. Children are encouraged to make choices, investigate their surroundings and build confidence through child-led experiences.
In-Betweenies (2-3 Years)
Supporting children through a stage of rapid development, our In-Betweenies room nurtures growing curiosity, communication and independence. Children are encouraged to explore, problem solve and develop their social skills through meaningful experiences. Having a mix of children at different stages within the two-year-old room allows children to learn from one another, with older children developing kindness, patience and care, and younger children benefiting from positive role modelling.
Pre School (3-4 Years)
Preparing children for their next steps into school, our Pre School room continues to nurture curiosity, creativity and independence. Through our child-led approach, children are supported to develop confidence, communication, problem solving skills and a love of learning. Our environment allows children to investigate their interests, develop friendships and become confident explorers, ready for their next adventure.
Outdoor Provision
Time spent outdoors gives children endless opportunities to explore, investigate and connect with nature. Alongside our garden area, children will also have access to Forest School, allowing them to develop confidence, resilience and a deeper connection with the natural world.
